Future Farmers of America seal - Agricultural Education

The OMS FFA is a student led organization that is a part of our middle school agricultural education program. Student members are engaged in a wide range of curriculum and FFA activities, leading to over 300 career opportunities in agriculture. Students are given the opportunity to gain hands on experience in the field of agriculture through supervised agricultural experiences. They participate in career development events, volunteer within their community and school, and also develop leadership skills that last a lifetime. Our FFA chapter has a strong animal science program and land lab that houses the majority of our student projects. FFA students must pay their FFA dues of $30 per year to remain a member in good standing. FFA meetings are held regularly in Ms. Vorheis room 2-135. Please contact Ms. Vorheis for further information regarding meeting dates and times.
